Common Questions

Try signing out and back in — your session may be stale. If the issue persists after that, submit a support request below with your order email.
Go to your Account page → Homelab Pass → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the billing period.
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). Make sure you're logged in — the course requires an account. If it's still broken, let us know your browser and OS in a support request.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, sign in and you'll be prompted to resend it (there's a 60-second cooldown between sends). Still nothing? Submit a request below.
